About the role#
PBS Systems is hiring an Accounting Support Analyst for a full-time, 6-month internship. You will join our Client Services team to assist new and existing customers with the accounting module of our software. This role runs from September 2026 through March 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide software support to customers using the Accounting module.
- Assist customers through the development, installation, and training phases of our software.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets assigned to your team.
- Collaborate with project teams to support other departments and installation requirements.
- Communicate with users regarding the status of their incidents and escalations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting Diploma or Certificate program.
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an automotive dealership accounting department is an asset.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Milton, Ontario.
- The role is full-time, at 40 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship.
