About the role#
PBS Systems is looking for a Technical Support Analyst Intern to join the Client Services team for a 3-month contract. You will work with the Install Services Team to provide technical solutions to clients. This role involves troubleshooting issues, training customers, and performing software implementations. You will be the first point of contact for incoming requests and will escalate complex matters to other departments when necessary.
What you'll do#
- Manage incoming support requests from internal and external sources through phone, email, and live chat.
- Log and document all customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Perform implementations of software and services.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma.
- A relevant certification or post-secondary diploma currently in progress.
- Strong understanding of Windows 7, 8, and 10, as well as Windows 2008 and 2012 Servers.
- Thorough knowledge of PC hardware, software, and Microsoft products.
- Previous experience working with networks, specifically TCP/IP.

- This position is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
- The role is on-site at the Calgary Tech Centre.
- This is a full-time, 3-month contract position.
- The role is paid and operates on a rolling basis.
