About the role#
PBS Systems is hiring an Accounting Support Analyst Intern for a 6-month full-time position. You will join the Client Services team to assist customers with our dealership management software. This role runs from September 2026 through March 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide software support to customers specifically within the Accounting module.
- Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets assigned to your team.
- Communicate the status of incidents and escalations to users at regular intervals.
- Collaborate with project teams to support other departments and installation requirements.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an Accounting Diploma or Certificate.
- A solid grasp of accounting fundamentals.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
