About the role#
Cintas offers an internship program for students to gain a broad understanding of our business and the professional services industry. You will rotate through various departments to see how our operations function. This role focuses on building your professional skills through hands-on training.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program that covers multiple areas of the company.
- Work across different departments to gain exposure to our business model.
- Develop your leadership, organization, communication, and time management abilities.
- Engage in daily hands-on training tasks.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to start the position within two weeks of accepting an offer.

- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
