About the role#
Cintas is hiring an intern to join our team in Macomb, Michigan. This role is part of a program designed to provide a broad understanding of our business and the professional services industry. You will gain exposure to various departments while completing hands-on training.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different departments to learn how our business functions.
- Build skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
- Work on tasks that support our daily operations and service offerings.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
