About the role#
As a Product Management intern, you will work within a global HR organization and gain experience working across different functions. This program provides exposure to the product life cycle and involves contributing to projects that influence business outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Conduct user interviews to map and document workflows and dependencies.
- Use product tools to gather insights, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.
- Build an understanding of the product life cycle.
- Create a log of future development work.
- Contribute to efficiency and process enhancement projects.
- Compile, analyze, and track operational data and metrics.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MIS.
- Preference for rising juniors and seniors.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle.
- Ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Pendo, B360, or Salesforce.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Location & details#
- Locations: Atlanta, GA; Lowell, MA; or Sunrise, FL.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (on-site 3 days per week).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
- Compensation: $23 to $30 per hour.
