About the role#
Teamworks is hiring a Product Management MBA Intern to support the product lifecycle from customer discovery through launch. You will partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver work that supports our software platform. This role provides a view of how product work happens here and adds capacity across a full slate of projects.
What you'll do#
- Conduct customer discovery and research to translate findings into product requirements.
- Write requirements and Linear tickets while working with engineers and designers to ship features.
- Prototype and wireframe concepts to validate ideas before development.
- Partner with product marketing, education, sales, and customer success on product launches.
- Manage in-app messaging, customer communications, and help center content.
- Oversee several projects at different lifecycle stages.
- Track metrics and post-launch feedback to recommend iterations.
- Contribute to category vision and strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently completing or recently completed an MBA from a top-tier program.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ownership across more than one stage of the product lifecycle.
- Experience making tradeoffs under constraints like time or engineering capacity and the ability to explain your reasoning.
- Interest in sports and the athletes and teams we serve.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools or products.
- Based in the US.
- Preferred: PM or founder experience at a growth-stage startup.
- Preferred: Background in consulting, engineering, BizOps, or growth.
- Preferred: Experience managing multiple overlapping projects.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time internship based in the United States.
- The position is paid at $50 to $60 per hour.
- This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
