About the role#
The Blu Product Operations Intern will support our Product Operations and Experiences teams during the summer of 2027. You will work on the planning, development, and deployment of our AI-driven blu platform. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Release Manager with drafting, maintaining, and distributing product release notes.
- Partner with Product Marketing and the Release Manager on communication strategy and go-to-market planning.
- Collaborate with Product Operations leadership to help scale Jira workflows and best practices across the product team.
- Build out the Product Operations Center of Excellence by creating documentation and resources in SharePoint.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track operational metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support platform visibility.
- Support release readiness activities, including user acceptance testing follow-ups with stakeholders and testers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program, such as an associates or bachelors degree.
- Interest in media, advertising, research, or analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and math ability.
- Experience using Excel or PowerPoint.
- A commitment to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work onsite in our New York or Los Angeles offices at your own expense for the duration of the program.

- Locations: New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA.
- Term: Summer 2027 (mid-June to mid-August).
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days in the office per week.
