About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026 within the Sales and Operations Planning group. You will use data analytics to build demand, inventory, and supply planning models that help optimize our supply chain. This role requires a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of capacity models, master schedules, and inventory outlooks.
- Build advanced data analytics and scenario model tools to guide supply chain optimization and planning.
- Create and publish supply chain planning KPIs on a regular basis.
- Analyze data to spot problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Design visualization tools to share clear insights with business partners.
- Participate in Lean continuous improvement efforts and support the implementation of Integrated Business Planning systems.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Agricultural Science, Logistics, Engineering, or related STEM fields.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills that cover both technical and business needs.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Ability to explain analytical concepts and findings to business stakeholders.
- Capacity to work both independently and within a team.
