About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in agronomy operations in Bridgewater, South Dakota. You will work directly with our team to support agricultural services and gain practical knowledge of industry operations during the summer of 2026.
What you'll do#
- Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, crop nutrients, seed, and custom application procedures.
- Assist with mixing procedures, truck driving, and product delivery.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
- Manage record keeping and facility housecleaning processes.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment such as sprayers, floaters, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Provide customer service and ensure all work remains compliant with safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- An agriculture background or previous internship experience is helpful, though not required.
