About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based in Bridgewater, South Dakota. You will gain hands-on experience in agronomy operations while collaborating with customers to provide service and insights. The role focuses on practical field and facility work to support our agricultural operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills, including crop scouting, product application, and mixing procedures.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations, including product delivery and truck driving.
- Monitor and maintain inventory quality and manage facility record-keeping.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs for equipment such as sprayers, floaters, conveyors, and trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- An agriculture background or previous internship experience is helpful, though not required.
