About the role#
The Fellowship Residency is a two-year, full-time program. It focuses on developing leaders through spiritual formation, theological study, and ministry engagement. Residents work 40 hours per week and receive two days off for rest.
What you'll do#
- Participate in spiritual formation activities for 6 to 7 hours weekly.
- Dedicate 2 to 3 hours each week to theological and leadership development.
- Spend 25 to 28 hours per week on ministry engagement efforts.
- Attend personal coaching sessions for 1 to 2 hours weekly.
- Support administration and support raising initiatives for 1 to 2 hours per week.
- Take part in quarterly solitude retreats and contribute to staff and church culture.
What you'll need#
- Interest in spiritual formation, theology, and leadership development.
- Willingness to engage in one-on-one coaching and ministry work.
- Relevant educational background in fields such as psychology, philosophy, human resources, sociology, or business administration.
