About the role#
This is a two-year leadership development pathway at Cuyahoga Valley Church. The program begins with a one-year internship focused on discovery and growth. Interns who show exceptional progress may be invited to continue into a second-year residency. This position is full-time and paid.
What you'll do#
- Serve in multiple church departments including Kids, Youth, Young Adults, Groups, Counseling, and Worship.
- Gain practical ministry experience while learning from experienced pastors.
- Develop spiritual disciplines and focus on personal leadership growth.
- Participate in tuition-free theological training through a partnership with Emmaus Seminary.
- Transition into a residency role to embed within a primary ministry area and take on greater leadership responsibility.
What you'll need#
- A desire to discover God’s calling and an interest in ministry leadership.
- A commitment to grow and a passion for Jesus.
- Eligibility for employment in the United States.
- While not required, students with backgrounds in Psychology, Philosophy, Communications, Human Resources, or Public Health are encouraged to apply.

- This role is based on-site in Broadview Heights, Ohio.

Reliant Mission is an Orlando-based nonprofit organization established in 1989 that provides administrative and fundraising infrastructure for religious groups. The company employs between 501 and 1,000 staff members to assist with missionary support, church planting, campus ministries, and deputized fundraising. These services allow religious ministries to focus on their primary goals by outsourcing back-office operations and financial development tasks.
