About the role#
This is a two-year leadership development pathway at Cuyahoga Valley Church. The program begins with a one-year internship focused on discovery and growth. Interns who show exceptional progress may be invited to continue into a second-year residency. This position is full-time and paid.
What you'll do#
- Serve in multiple church departments including Kids, Youth, Young Adults, Groups, Counseling, and Worship.
- Gain practical ministry experience while learning from experienced pastors.
- Develop spiritual disciplines and focus on personal leadership growth.
- Participate in tuition-free theological training through a partnership with Emmaus Seminary.
- Transition into a residency role to embed within a primary ministry area and take on greater leadership responsibility.
What you'll need#
- A desire to discover God’s calling and an interest in ministry leadership.
- A commitment to grow and a passion for Jesus.
- Eligibility for employment in the United States.
- While not required, students with backgrounds in Psychology, Philosophy, Communications, Human Resources, or Public Health are encouraged to apply.
