About the role#
Lexington Clinic is hiring a Student Intern to support contract consolidation and compliance initiatives. This role focuses on reviewing business documents and maintaining accurate records within our tracking systems. You will gain experience in healthcare administration, legal operations, and data management while working in a professional office setting.
What you'll do#
- Review contracts and related documents to find and extract key business terms.
- Enter contract data into a centralized tracking system or database.
- Assist the team with various compliance, privacy, and administrative projects.
- Organize and consolidate contract files to support department goals.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public policy, law, compliance, finance, information management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior experience in administrative support, document review, research, or data entry is preferred.
