About the role#
Schaeffler is hiring a Business Co-op for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Wooster, Ohio. You will gain exposure to manufacturing and technological processes through hands-on training, projects, and job rotation. We expect participants to work independently and follow instructions.
What you'll do#
- Support human resource functions, including recruiting, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with controlling functions by reporting, analyzing budget processes, and creating process documentation.
- Develop business cases for the production of new products.
- Support purchasing and quality strategy roadmaps.
- Contribute to the achievement of company quality objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic degree program related to Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5 per semester.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach to solving problems and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift or move thirty pounds.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
