About the role#
The City Church Residency is a two-year program designed to equip individuals for vocational ministry. Residents receive professional, theological, and personal development while contributing to the church. This is a full-time, support-based position.
What you'll do#
You will work directly with ministry leaders to support the church. Your daily tasks include:
- Serving the church through your individual gifts.
- Managing leadership and administration duties.
- Executing specific ministry goals and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Eligibility for employment in the United States.
- A desire to serve in vocational ministry.
- The ability to work alongside ministry leaders.
- A willingness to undergo theological development.
- Backgrounds in Philosophy, Psychology, or Sociology are relevant to this program.
