About the role#
The Paradox Church Residency is a two-year, full-time program designed to help you grow as a leader and gain hands-on ministry experience. Residents follow a structure focused on learning, leading, and launching. This role involves exploring a calling to ministry while receiving training across various departments.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a full-time, two-year residency program.
- Complete 10 hours per week of residency curriculum and study hall focused on leadership development and church staff training.
- Attend 4 hours of staff meetings each week.
- Spend 26 hours per week gaining ministry-specific experience.
- Rotate through different departments for hands-on training, including areas like Kids, Students, College, Operations, Communications, Graphic Design, and Worship.
- Raise your full-time salary through support raising.
What you'll need#
- A commitment to full-time ministry.
- Eligibility for employment in the United States.
- Ability to raise your own full-time salary.
- Leadership development skills.
- Experience in various ministry areas.
- Relevant academic background in fields such as Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, Psychology, Sociology, or Political Science.
