About the role#
This is a two-year leadership development pathway at Cuyahoga Valley Church. The program begins with a one-year internship focused on discovery and growth. Interns who show exceptional progress may be invited to continue into a second year, known as the residency. The residency shifts focus toward a specific ministry area, providing advanced coaching and increased leadership responsibilities to prepare you for long-term ministry.
What you'll do#
- Serve across various departments including Kids, Youth, and Worship.
- Develop spiritual disciplines and grow as a leader.
- Learn directly from pastors with decades of experience.
- Participate in tuition-free seminary education through Emmaus Seminary.
- Gain real-world ministry experience in a multi-campus church environment.
What you'll need#
- A desire to grow and discover God's call on your life.
- A commitment to Jesus.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to serve in multiple ministry areas.
- Relevant academic background in fields such as Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Philosophy, Sociology, Political Science, or Nursing.
