About the role#
We are looking for an Agronomy Operations Intern to join our team in Magnolia, Minnesota. This is a full-time, paid position that runs on a rolling basis. You will work on-site, gaining hands-on experience in crop production and facility operations while supporting our local customers.
What you'll do#
- Scout fields and manage crop protection, nutrient products, and seed.
- Handle daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain quality standards.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Provide service to customers and help with their requests.
- Maintain a clean work environment that follows safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- An interest in agriculture, though previous internship experience is not required.
