About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Starbuck, Minnesota. The position runs during the Winter and Summer of 2027. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in agronomy operations while supporting our local farming customers.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including crop scouting, product application, and seed handling.
- Manage inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Perform routine housecleaning and site organization.
- Assist with the repair and maintenance of equipment like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and loaders.
- Provide service to customers and help with deliveries.
- Follow all state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to operate machinery including tractors, loaders, and conveyors.
- Willingness to work extended hours during busy peak seasons.
- A CDL license and forklift certification are preferred but not required.
