About the role#
This summer internship provides administrative and operational support within the Digital and Technology Services department. Interns will gain corporate experience through involvement in information technology projects, staff meetings, and corporate events. You will work under the direct supervision of the IS Business Operations team to support various initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with scheduling, taking minutes, communications, assessments, and data analysis.
- Manage programs and meet project deadlines.
- Support the integration of information security in the development, design, and implementation of technology resources.
- Gain exposure to advanced technologies including ERP systems, Epic, Office 365, ServiceNow, and multi-platform networking.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing program materials, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Participate in training on required tools, languages, and documentation.
What you'll need#
- Currently attending a college or university, or graduated within the past year.
- Pursuing or earned a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment for hybrid positions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2026 (May 26 to August 14, 2026).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (80 percent remote, 20 percent on-site) or 100 percent on-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
