About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Kissimmee, Florida. You will work 30 hours per week, with time split between business operations and collaborating with our leadership team. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your class requirements.
What you'll do#
- Help build and execute marketing processes to grow sales.
- Participate in community outreach and the planning of special events.
- Keep marketing displays updated.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest ideas for posts and captions.
- Assist with the execution of the in-store and community marketing plan.
- Support day-to-day business operations.
- Align your work with the vision of the Operator and leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program for Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly and hospitable approach to your work.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a willingness to learn.

- Location: Kissimmee, Florida.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required. Shifts include day and night options.
