About the role#
This internship program covers sports entertainment, event planning, marketing, and venue operations. You will spend most of your time with the Events and Marketing team. You will help produce concerts and festivals while learning to market the entertainment lineup for 2026. You will interact with departments across the property to learn how to plan and operate large scale events while working with partners, sponsors, and vendors.
What you'll do#
- Assist with guest relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Help plan and execute conferences, weddings, and special occasions.
- Handle administrative tasks like record-keeping, data entry, and report generation.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build hospitality and management skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a hospitality management or related degree program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize your work and manage your time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and guest service.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
