About the role#
The Field Marketing Intern acts as our local representative to drive community involvement and brand awareness. You will work with our management team to connect with schools, gyms, local clubs, and businesses. This role focuses on building relationships, managing our local marketing calendar, and executing catering and event opportunities to grow our presence in the community.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain a master contact list of local organizations and potential partners.
- Generate leads for events, catering, fundraisers, and dine-to-donate nights.
- Vet partnership opportunities based on their potential for brand visibility and sales.
- Plan events from start to finish, including on-site setup and breakdown.
- Create a master calendar for all catering and vending opportunities.
- Manage off-site catering, sampling pop-ups, and event activations.
- Track and report on the performance of every event and catering order.
- Assist with Instagram and TikTok accounts by brainstorming and shooting native short-form content weekly.
- Distribute flyers, samples, and promotional materials to local businesses and schools.
- Lead table setups for sampling and customer acquisition.
What you'll need#
- Experience in events, catering, hospitality marketing, or brand ambassadorship.
- A reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel between Castle Rock, Castle Pines, and Parker.
- Comfort on camera and experience shooting and editing short-form video on an iPhone.
- Strong communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed for events and catering.
- A background in food and beverage or retail is helpful.
- An existing network in the Castle Rock or Parker markets is a plus.

- This is an on-site, part-time, paid internship.
