About the role#
This internship at Chick-fil-A Ironwood and Ocotillo provides the chance to lead a real business initiative. You will work directly with restaurant leadership to develop, execute, and measure growth strategies. What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior undergraduate student or in an MBA program.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to turn ideas into action as a creative thinker.
- Comfort working independently as a self-starter who takes ownership of projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work well with others as a team player.
- Interest in marketing, business development, leadership, or entrepreneurship.
