About the role#
The Electric Resilience Fall Co-op provides hands-on experience in the planning and execution of electric substation capital projects. You will work alongside construction professionals to learn about project coordination, field construction, safety, quality, scheduling, and project closeout.
What you'll do#
- Support Project Coordinators and Supervisors with substation construction projects.
- Assist with tracking project schedules, milestones, materials, and construction activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and construction records.
- Participate in project meetings, field visits, and construction progress reviews.
- Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Operations, contractors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Valid and current driver license.
