About the role#
This position supports the Service Delivery team at the Calgary International Airport. You will assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks while reporting to the General Manager. This is a part-time role for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support including planning logistics for management meetings.
- Document records of decisions, meeting minutes, and follow up on pending issues.
- Conduct background research and consolidate data into reports.
- Organize and prepare documents, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Implement and monitor administrative processes, filing, and tracking systems.
- Track and maintain data on projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Prepare and process travel and hospitality claims.
- Process invoices and perform invoice reconciliation.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree or diploma program from a recognized university or college with a specialization in Administration or a related field.
- Current status as a full-time or part-time CEGEP, college, or university student.
- Intention to return to full-time or part-time studies in the next academic year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to react quickly to requests and reprioritize initiatives.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a reliability security clearance.

- Location: Calgary, Alberta (On-site).
- Term: September 2026 to December 31, 2026.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: Paid position.
