About the role#
CATSA is hiring a student for the Payroll, Benefits and Pension Administration team. This role is based in Ottawa at our head office. You will work 20 hours per week during the Fall 2026 term, from September 30 to December 31. This is a paid, hybrid position.
What you'll do#
- Manage records and perform data entry tasks.
- Assist with payroll and pension administration.
- Collect and analyze data to support team initiatives.
- Help develop and improve payroll and pension programs and tools.
- Support the broader Finance team as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a CEGEP, college, or university program in accounting, finance, payroll, or business administration.
- Intent to return to studies in the next academic year.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a reliability security clearance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A collaborative approach to teamwork and service.
