    About the role#

    This student position supports the Customer Experience team at the CATSA headquarters in Ottawa. You will assist in managing passenger inquiries, complaints, and claims to help ensure efficient service. This is a paid, part-time role scheduled for 25 hours per week from September 26, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide administrative support by sorting through website submissions and voice messages.
    • Draft written responses to public inquiries and complaints in both official languages.
    • Maintain and update electronic files.
    • Identify trends in public feedback to help improve current procedures and online content.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a college or university program, specifically in communications, journalism, or social sciences.
    • Experience in customer service or handling public inquiries.
    • Strong writing and editing skills.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a reliability security clearance.
    • Professional approach to daily tasks and a high level of attention to detail.

    • Location: Ottawa, Ontario.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Salary: 18.15 to 30.20 dollars per hour, based on education level.
    • Language requirement: Bilingual.
