    About the role#

    You will join the administration team in the Montreal office. This role supports reception duties, conference centre operations, and general office tasks. You will report to the Senior Manager of Administration.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at the reception desk.
    • Handle telephone inquiries and route calls to the correct departments.
    • Manage conference room bookings and catering requests using the Event Management System.
    • Oversee meeting room logistics, including audiovisual setups and catering preparation.
    • Collect and organize operational data for reports.
    • Assist with general office services and workplace projects.

    What you'll need#

    • A degree in Business Administration or Communications earned within the last 12 months.
    • Availability to start immediately.
    • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
    • A commitment to stay in the role for at least six months.

    • This position is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
    • Work is on-site, Monday to Friday.
    • This is a paid, full-time internship.
