About the role#
The Finance Internship Program is a 12-week early-career program. It provides exposure to Carrier business segments and finance functions. You will build on your formal education while developing a professional network. This program emphasizes ethics, sustainability, and financial performance. It also serves as a pathway for those interested in the Finance Leadership Program.
What you'll do#
- Support one of Carrier’s business segments or functions, such as WHQ, HVAC, or Transportation.
- Work within teams such as Controllership and Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or Operations Finance.
- Participate in presentations, training sessions, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- US citizenship or eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior work experience or leadership roles in extracurricular organizations.
