About the role#
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support the Logistics Coordinator for a defined geographical distribution area. You will help manage chemical and seed supply chains for Cargill and the AgResource network. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Winnipeg.
What you'll do#
- Co-ordinate the execution of seed and chemical orders from suppliers to retail locations.
- Maintain company approved freight and inventory management levels.
- Handle in-bound communication from retails and independent dealers.
- Keep accurate records of transactions and perform inventory reconciliation.
- Assist with annual forecasts and product-positioning.
- Work on additional projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Agriculture.
- Graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Ability to complete a 16-week internship from May to August 2027.
- Legal entitlement to work for Cargill in Canada.
- Initiative and resourcefulness to complete work with limited guidance.
