About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will gain exposure to Bunge business areas while working at a crush, refine, packaging, or grain elevator facility. The program follows a 70/20/10 structure, focusing on hands-on experience, informal learning, and formal training to build a foundation in industrial control system software and hardware.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational functions including implementation, maintenance, database management, and systems support.
- Design, implement, and support automation and control systems to improve safety, reliability, and performance.
- Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects while following company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Respond to inquiries from supervisors, mentors, and the program manager regarding your work.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Systems Engineering, Software Systems Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adjust to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and change.
- Proficiency in standard PC applications.
- Ability and willingness to relocate for the duration of the internship.

- Schedule: Standard hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, subject to modification based on assignment.
