About the role#
The Business Enablement Intern will support our customer service and operations teams. You will help improve reporting, document key business processes, and provide operational support. This role provides exposure to supply chain operations, business analytics, and continuous improvement. You will work with stakeholders to identify process improvements, maintain documentation, and support daily operational activities.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and optimize operational and customer service reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends in customer orders, inventory, shipments, and service performance.
- Support the creation of dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into business performance.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Partner with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering data, mapping processes, and tracking action items.
- Participate in business improvement projects and special initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables.
- Present findings, recommendations, or project outcomes to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Agriculture, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Ability to complete a 16-week internship from May to August 2027.
- Legal entitlement to work for Cargill in Canada.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- High degree of initiative and resourcefulness when working with limited guidance.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
- Candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate for this opportunity.
- Housing assistance and relocation reimbursement are offered to those who qualify based on mileage.
