About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will serve as a point of contact for residents and prospective clients. You will support the team in maintaining high occupancy levels through effective leasing and resident retention. This role requires a balance of administrative work, customer service, and community engagement.
What you'll do#
- Deliver high quality customer service to residents.
- Greet prospective clients, answer leasing calls, and conduct apartment tours.
- Complete lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Maintain accurate lease file documentation according to company policy.
- Assist with planning and executing community events.
- Help keep the tour path clean and presentable.
- Work evenings and weekends as required.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university with at least 6 credit hours.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when accessing property amenities.
