About the role#
As an Engineering Intern at CAM Integrated Solutions, you will work alongside experienced engineers to gain practical experience in the oil and gas industry. This role involves shadowing daily operations and contributing to ongoing projects. You will assist the team with technical tasks while learning how engineering principles are applied in a professional setting.
What you'll do#
- Support experienced engineers with their daily assignments.
- Shadow team members during actual operations to understand project workflows.
- Prepare engineering calculations, design drawings, specifications, and visual aids.
- Collect and enter project data.
- Apply technical principles to help interpret and analyze data.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Civil, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering.
- At least 2 years of completed engineering coursework.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Familiarity with engineering modeling software like CAD or SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Location: Houston, Texas.
- This is an on-site, paid, full-time internship.
- The position operates on a rolling basis.
