About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Operations Internship supporting the organization's administrative and internal communication functions. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or Computer Science who are looking to gain experience in a mission-driven environment.
What you'll do#
- Support daily administrative tasks for the operations department.
- Develop professional documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and presentations.
- Manage and organize internal Teams channels and communication structures.
- Lead the creation and implementation of a new SharePoint site.
- Manage multiple priorities across different functional areas while maintaining discretion with confidential information.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Exposure to project management tools like Monday.com or Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal direction.
- Proactive communication style with the ability to flag issues early.
