About the role#
Join the Global Finance Systems and Support team to improve financial systems, business processes, and reporting solutions. You will work on practical initiatives tailored to business priorities and your technical goals. This role offers exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Power BI. You will receive mentorship from professionals in enterprise software development, system integration, and automation.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of AI-powered Copilot agents.
- Connect AI and search experiences to key knowledge sources like documentation and support procedures.
- Improve self-service capabilities and support feedback analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate processes between SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing workflows to improve performance.
- Build and enhance SharePoint-based business applications and service request portals.
- Develop and maintain integrations between SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
- Design Power BI dashboards and operational reports to track service performance and request volumes.
- Help maintain centralized repositories of support knowledge and document development standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Completion of at least one to two years of undergraduate studies.
- Basic programming knowledge and a strong interest in automation, AI, and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
- Ability to meet security clearance and system-access authorization requirements.
Location & details#
- Location: Montreal, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4 to April 23).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week on-site).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
