About the role#
The Service Operations Intern supports the day-to-day work of the service department. You will gain experience in service administration, customer service, and process improvement while collaborating with sales and service teams. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Assist the service department with scheduling, customer communication, and work order review and closing.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative processes.
- Work with sales and service teams to support customer relationships.
- Take part in projects to improve service processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for department initiatives.
- Promote the vision, mission, and values of the company.
What you'll need#
- You are working toward a degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site at our corporate office in Fargo, North Dakota.
- You must be available to work 15 to 25 hours per week during the school year, with full-time availability during school breaks.
