About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in business operations, service processes, and standardization efforts within the Installed Services department. You will work under direct supervision to help identify opportunities for improvement and support the development of scalable solutions that impact business performance.
What you'll do#
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to support operational reviews and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with field leaders, technicians, and business partners to understand current processes.
- Document and analyze current-state workflows, procedures, and system interactions.
- Assist with the development of process maps, workflow documentation, and project recommendations.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to department leadership.
What you'll need#
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Junior or senior standing is preferred.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to create process maps and workflow documentation.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is remote, based out of Irving, Texas.
