About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program designed to provide real-world industry exposure. You will work on projects that contribute to business results while building professional and technical skills. You will collaborate with experienced professionals and receive mentorship throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Review part-level inventory performance against customer-service and working-capital objectives.
- Analyze dependent and independent demand.
- Compare expected outcomes with actual results to identify variances.
- Evaluate planning parameters and recommend changes.
- Organize and synthesize data into actionable insights for Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Present recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and inventory turns.
- Document your analytical approach, findings, assumptions, and proposed next steps.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Understanding of supply chain concepts and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to organize data and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Commitment: Full-time for 12 weeks.

- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the work location is required.
