About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations and enterprise security practices. You will work under direct supervision to develop professional skills while supporting the security team with daily business tasks and specific projects.
What you'll do#
- Support cybersecurity hardening initiatives to strengthen the security posture of the organization.
- Gather, analyze, and report data related to cybersecurity metrics and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support security-related business objectives.
- Research emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation that summarizes your project accomplishments and findings.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Preference is given to students with Junior or Senior academic standing.
- You have an understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and best practices.

- This role is located in Irving, Texas.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship scheduled for Summer 2027.
