About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions. You will work under direct supervision to support branch and market leadership at Builders FirstSource. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Jacksonville, Florida, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support branch and market leadership initiatives in sales, operations, and distribution.
- Assist with projects focused on customer growth and market development.
- Perform inventory management and analyze operational performance.
- Gather, analyze, and organize business data to support sales strategies and pricing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- Preference for junior or senior level status.
- Preference for a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
