About the role#
We are seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team in New York Mills, Minnesota. This position supports the Quality Engineering department by developing and monitoring quality processes for our Lund and Crestliner brands. You will work directly with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with engineering standards and optimize the cost of quality.
What you'll do#
- Develop and deploy Built in Quality processes across the value stream.
- Implement Quality Plans for new products as part of the HPPD process.
- Process PPAP and FAI submissions to support product shipments.
- Review Corrective Action submissions to verify root cause analysis.
- Conduct quality performance analysis and provide data to Operations and Customer Service.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Completed at least 80 credits of your degree program.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
- Experience using Solidworks, Draftsight, or similar 3D modeling software.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
