About the role#
The Brunswick Boat Group Technology Center is looking for an intern to join the Research and Advanced Design team for the summer of 2027. You will work on consumer insights, user experience, and futures research to help shape the next generation of marine products. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Edgewater, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Support the Consumer Insights team in research synthesis and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Industrial Design and Brand teams to translate research into compelling narratives and presentation formats.
- Assist with multi-media production and identify appropriate media to tell the project story.
- Create and edit polished slide decks that clearly communicate insights and visual concepts.
- Participate in collaborative sessions with Advanced Designers to support research-backed narratives.
- Potentially join a Consumer Insights Specialist on a Voice of the Customer trip.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, Software Design, or UX/UI.
- At least 3 years of completed coursework toward a degree.
- Proficiency with PC-based tools, specifically Microsoft Office and collaborative whiteboarding tools like FigJam or Miro.
- Basic skills in video creation and editing.
- Knowledge of AI tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- At least one prior internship or work experience is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Compensation: $18.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
