About the role#
Bombardier is hiring an intern for a project engineering role within the Research and Technology department. This position supports technical project management activities and helps maintain the progress of development initiatives. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to track project schedules, financial metrics, and planning components.
What you'll do#
- Develop, track, and update project schedules.
- Prepare and maintain financial metrics and project planning documentation.
- Establish monitoring processes with project stakeholders.
- Create weekly and monthly presentations to report on project progress.
- Elaborate flow diagrams.
- Improve project management processes, including risk and opportunity assessment, change management, and gate reviews.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university engineering program or a field related to aerospace.
- Completion of at least two years of your program.
- Strong interest in project management, innovation, and technology development.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and influential skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.

- Location: St-Laurent, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Duration: 8 months.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for students only. Note that interns may occasionally be required to travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
