About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work in a hybrid capacity, requiring you to be in the office two days per week. This role is open to current students only.
What you'll do#
- Help plan, track, and execute projects for the Global 8000 aircraft.
- Build project schedules and support implementation plans.
- Monitor progress to keep projects on track.
- Assist the Project Engineer with reporting and performance tracking.
- Prepare business cases and budgets to guide decision-making.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners.
- Maintain project documents, timelines, and databases.
- Support team goals and learn to manage KPIs.
- Identify risks and develop ways to handle them.
- Solve problems using logic and innovation.
- Join product development meetings to observe how priorities are set.
- Practice written and verbal communication through reports and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to explain ideas clearly in writing and speech.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities.
- Fluency in English. French language skills are a bonus.
- Previous experience in project management, budgeting, or scheduling is a plus.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing is helpful.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Duration: 4 months.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Travel: Interns may occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
