About the role#
This internship supports the IT business analyst team at Bombardier. You will help optimize processes and tools that support the engineering department. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work in a hybrid environment based in Dorval, Quebec.
What you'll do#
- Support IT business analysts by improving engineering support tools.
- Learn and test Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, including Teamcenter and other Siemens software.
- Collaborate with aerospace engineering professionals across various fields.
- Build skills in project management, change management, and meeting facilitation.
- Analyze large datasets to find opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the implementation of IT solutions, including writing and running test scenarios.
- Contribute to change management processes within operational systems.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, the Office suite, and SharePoint.
- Basic understanding of network concepts, client-server architecture, system integrations, and connectivity.
- Interest in configuring, validating, and documenting enterprise IT solutions.
- Ability to support technical troubleshooting by reviewing logs, access permissions, and configuration settings.
- Experience with Teamcenter is an asset.

- Note: This role is open to current students only. Interns may occasionally be required to travel outside of Canada for work or training purposes.
