    About the role#

    The Government Operations and Sustainability internship program offers students the opportunity to support advocacy, outreach, and sustainability strategy within the aerospace industry. You will work alongside mentors and senior leaders to address real-world challenges while gaining insight into how policy and stakeholder engagement shape business objectives.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with senior leaders and lobbyists to prepare briefs, presentations, and documents.
    • Provide support to company-wide leaders on government-related matters.
    • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and news developments relevant to your assigned team.
    • Assist with operational tasks to support team goals.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027.
    • Availability for full-time work for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
    • A history of academic distinction with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Previous internship, work experience, or involvement with student and civic organizations.
    • A passion for the aerospace industry.
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Public Health, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.

    • Locations: Arlington, Virginia; Hazelwood, Missouri; or Seal Beach, California.
    • Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
    • Compensation: This is a paid internship.
    • Note: Boeing does not provide visa sponsorship for this program.
