About the role#
This is a full-time Project Coordinator internship for Winter 2027. You will join the BMO team to support the management and execution of business programs and strategic initiatives. This role requires you to work on-site in Toronto. You will gain experience in program processes, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration while working mostly independently.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of program components by working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data to provide insights, develop solutions, and make recommendations.
- Monitor performance, track milestones, and address issues as they arise.
- Build and participate in change management plans and activities.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness, including tracking exception requests.
- Gather and format data into reports and dashboards.
- Communicate program principles and reinforce standards across operational activities.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to protect the bank while executing your duties.
- Think creatively to propose new solutions and solve problems within established rules.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic program with the intent to return to studies after the internship.
