About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the BMO team to support the management and execution of business programs and strategic initiatives. This role requires you to work on-site in Toronto, Ontario.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of program components by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop solutions and provide recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Analyze data and information to provide insights, track metrics, and monitor performance.
- Build and execute change management plans, including readiness assessments and sustainment activities.
- Design and distribute tailored communications to reinforce program principles and standards.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy, including tracking exception requests and approvals.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to identify, analyze, and document program risks.
- Gather and format data for reports and dashboards to support business objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic program with the intent to return to studies.
- Specialized knowledge gained through education or business experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
